How do I create a wholesale account?

Enter your information on the "register" page and we will review it and approve you as a retailer promptly. 

What's Grand’s minimum order value?

Our online minimum is $200 per-order, and $200 per-order for walk-in customers. You can find our per-item minimums on the individual product listings.

Product minimums are listed on individual items. Ordering lower than the minimum required quantities will result in an additional 20% processing fee for that item.

Does Grand have a showroom to see products?

Retailers can shop at our spacious cash-and-carry showroom and warehouse located in Mississauga. 

You can also place an online order for pickup at the showroom, or select items from the showroom and have them shipped to your location of choice.

How do I place my order?

You can place your order on our website, through a sales rep, by email, phone, or fax. 

To locate a sales rep in your region, contact our head office at 905-795-9388. 

If you are an individual looking to purchase any of Grand’s products for personal use, please email with your postal code, and we will find the closest retailer that has the items you are looking for. 

What payment methods are accepted?

Orders need to be prepaid by Visa, MasterCard or EMT. 

How does Grand deal with backorders?

We ship backorders over $100 unless they are cancelled by customers.

What is Grand’s shipping policy? Do I qualify for free shipping?

We ship by Canpar by default and the usual shipping rate is 5-15% of your order total, depending on the region, unless customer has a preferred shipping method.

We are not responsible for any loss or damages after leaving our warehouse. Claims are to be made to the shipping company.

To get insured for your packages, customers need to pay extra ($2.50 per $100 or part of the declared value in excess of $100 per shipment). Otherwise, for lost or damages during transit, liability is $100 or $2.00/lb per shipment, whichever is greater.

We sometimes offer free shipping during special events. Please call us to verify if you are qualified.

How soon will my order be shipped?

We ship within the same business day of your order and, occasionally on the second business day during peak seasons. Invoices will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped. 

What's Grand’s return policy?

For walk-in customers, please bring the products back with the receipt within 30 days of purchase.  

For shipping orders, please report any damages on items with pictures, and attach them with your invoice number through email within 30 days of purchase. 

We offer credits for damaged products. Returned products must be in their original sellable condition, and may be subject to a 10-20% restocking fee. 

What's Grand’s policy on deposits for pre-orders?


Customers can pre-order products to be shipped later. Grand will reserve or source products (after 30% deposit is received). The deposit will be used towards the order, and not refundable if the order is cancelled.
